Probe Ignore Activated at call for probe

Make sure wires are connected on the Torch sensor. Test for continuity from switch to controller. Test for break in the wire. If the THC is off, check when the fault occurs, check if the torch sensor light comes on when the fault occurs and is the torch touching the material. Recommend putting the THC on if so.

If intermittent fault, make sure the screws that hold the wires inside the controller is tight.

Try another micro-switch, for some reason the switch is not closing after the torch lifts. Maybe it’s bent or not enough room to move back up.

Check if SheetCam needs to be updated.

 Internal fault with controller.
