6.3   Any access request may be subject to a fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

6.4   We will take reasonable steps to remedy any issues you raise with us resulting from any failure to comply with our privacy obligations. You may communicate with us anonymously or by using a pseudonym. We will not seek to match your pseudonym to other information we have collected from you but we may need to identify you at some stage to properly assist you.
