Heavy duty stepper-servo (or, closed-loop) motors are used on all axis. Closed-loop technology constantly measures the travel distance of the motors to ensure accurate calibration.

Accurate torch height control is the make or break of any CNC Plasma system, A ball & screw Z-axis lifter delivers precision torch height movement, with the option of ohmic or floating-head initial torch height sensing.
Cutting capacity will depend on which plasma cutter you chose. We offer various models for use with the XT series tables, the largest being the Maxpro 200 which will comfortably cut & pierce up to 32mm steel.
In terms of weight capacity, Cutforce tables are built to easily support full sheets of up 32mm steel plate.
Class leading software makes the usually complicated task of torch height control (THC) a relative breeze. Easily cut materials such as corrugated sheet, or thin materials that warp when subjected to excessive heat.
Waterbeds are an effective way of helping control fumes when cutting with plasma. Most fumes and fine metal dust are trapped by the water under the plate being cut. This minimises the dust accumulating in your workshop. The waterbed also helps cool material being cut which dramatically reduces distortion. Cut items will be significantly cooler and much safer to handle.
Motors and moving components are protected by full surround metal enclosure, with a removable plastic cover for easy access.
