Common parts wizard

SureControl™ includes a parts ‘wizard’ (or ‘shape library’) with a host of common shapes which you can modify. Simply set the dimensions you want and be cutting in seconds!

Integrated torch height control

The Torch Height Control functionality is integrated directly into the software so that all parameters can be saved & modified directly in the software.

Integrated cutting charts

All plasma power sources sold with the XT series tables are pre-loaded into the software. Simply select your material & thickness, and viola! What’s more, if the cut settings need refining to your exact requirements, with a click of a button you can easily save the settings for quick referencing.

Calibration notification

When used in conjunction with the stepper-servo motors standard on the XT series, the software will alert you if the motors need recalibration, ensuring your table is maintained at the tightest possible tolerances.

Smart diagnostics

SureControl™ includes basic diagnostic information to help you trouble-shoot on the run. For example, you can quickly see how much cutting your table has done since initial operation, and ensure regular maintenance is completed by the due date.

Machine initialisation

A custom initialization process is available in the software. This uses physical limit switches on the machine which assist the software in setting the ‘boundaries’ of the cutting bed, thus avoiding damage associated with the machine being driven beyond its physical limits.

Windows-based control

SureControl™ is a Windows-based program meaning it can be operated on just about any standard Windows computer. This means there is no separate control module and avoids the backwards & forwards from your computer to machine controller with USBs.
