What materials can I cut with a Surefire CNC plasma cutter? All tables cut any electrically conductive material, including steel, aluminium, brass and titanium. Travel speeds reach up to 10,000 mm per minute, and accuracy is within 0.1 mm thanks to precision linear bearings.
What is the maximum cutting thickness? It depends on the package. Our XT40-200 handles up to 32 mm mild steel, while the KT24-45 cuts up to 12 mm. Please check the specification sheet for each model.
Warranty & After-Sales Support
How long is the machine warranty? A two-year warranty covers every plasma table and related components. Plasma power sources carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
How do I make a warranty claim? Email with your serial number, proof of purchase and a description of the fault. One of our technicians will respond within one business day.
Delivery & Installation
How are tables delivered? ZT series machines ship fully assembled in a timber crate, while the KT is shipped flatpack.. A forklift or hi-ab truck can unload on-site. We include a step-by-step setup guide and offer virtual support for first cuts.
Do you install on-site? Yes. We can arrange on-site commissioning and operator training at an additional cost. Ask your sales adviser for a quote.

Returns & Refunds
